Methods of Payment
Midwest Dental Sleep Center accepts all major forms of insurance with the exception of Medicare and Medicaid. Medicare and Medicaid do not currently reimburse for Oral Appliance Therapy in our area. However, please feel free to contact us with your information and we will put you on a Medicare/Medicaid waiting list. In addition, we accept all major credit cards, cash, checks and have financing available through Care Credit (Apply online by clicking the link Care Credit)
